You can try a different VPN server, best the one that is the same as your country. Otherwise you can try a different VPN provider.

Some sales websites block VPN's for security reasons.

Thanks for you comment. The servers I have used are both in my country but most of the sale sites won't let me access until I turn VPN off.

Those sites may have some mechanisms in place that detect a VPN connection. You can also try the Split tunneling feature to route the traffic outside the VPN tunnel in such cases, or exchange servers and protocols to try to bypass the restriction.
