After paying for a subscription all I get from Bitdefender is more requests to sign up for a subscription. There is NO customer support so how can I get my money back.

Can you elaborate on those sign up requests you are receiving? Where do you see them and how do they look like? Do you find them in your Central account, or in the actual Bitdefender product installed on your device? Given the product was installed successfully, of course. Perhaps you can attach a screenshot, that would be most helpful.

State your contact reason / choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
