Hello and many thanks for replying. Sorry for the delayed return to this conversation. The problem seems to have resolved in any case. I've now got another problem. I was looking up defences against malware and - of course - stumbled onto a dangerous url page. It was pretty immediately blocked and I've run full scans and environment rescue scan with nothing dangerous coming up. However, my VPN no longer connects automatically. Is there a problem here?
Many thanks for getting back. The problem seems resolved now. New problem: VPN no longer loading automatically - in the wake of Bitdefender noting and blocking a dangerous url page. Scans say all is well. Is it?
Situation re VPN apparently resolved. Shutting down and starting meant it stayed on - restarting stopped it. Sorry to have bothered you…
VPN seems to stay on after full shutdown - it's "restarting" which turns it off…
